SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped out within 3 business days following cleared payment through Purolator, UPS, Canada Post or another Stallion Express partner. 

Free tracked shipping on products over $200 within Canada and USA

*International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees*

Any order containing preorder items will be delayed and will only ship once all preorder products are available.

We are not responsible for any lost orders shipped with standard mail, the option for tracked and insured shipping is available at checkout.

If an order is deemed to be lost in transit despite there being tracking, the order will be refunded and compensated. If standard shipping was selected, unfortunately there is nothing more that can be done on our end and no refunds will be given.
